About The School

Lakeview Junior High was established in the year 1964 by the Orcutt Union School District due to the increased population of Orcutt Junior High. Today the school has approximately 500 students.  The school's mascot is the Trojan Warrior. Our school colors are black and gold. Lakeview has been recognized as a California Distinguished School three times: 1988, 1990, and 1996, and awarded National Blue Ribbon status in 1998.
